Tee Yih Jia Food Manufacturing Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a QA Leader to oversee quality, safety and regulatory compliance across the plant and subsidiaries. You will guide multiple departments, ensure HACCP and Halal QMS, and lead audits with customers and authorities.

The role requires a Diploma in Food Science, 4–5 years in F&B manufacturing with 2 years in a supervisory capacity, and fluency in English and Mandarin.

Qualificações

• Diploma in Food Science or equivalent.
• 4–5 years in F&B manufacturing with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proficient in English and Chinese (Mandarin) for staff and customers.
• Strong understanding of Food Safety Management Systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead production quality and regulatory compliance for Tee Yih Jia Food Manufacturing and subsidiaries.
• Guide and support departments to ensure quality, safety and regulatory standards.
• Lead continuous improvement to meet product quality and customer expectations.
• Govern Food Safety Management System, HACCP and Halal QMS, and drive standards.
• Manage external audits (3rd party, customers, regulatory bodies) and internal QA audits.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Lead QA team in internal audits, supplier audits, and HACCP.
• Serve as main contact for government agencies; oversee regulatory licenses and export health certificates.
• Provide new product development support including regulatory requirements and testing.
