Job summary

A logistics firm based in Singapore is looking for an Admin Executive to manage billing processes and coordinate with sales teams for order delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, be proficient in MS Excel and MYOB, and able to communicate with overseas counterparts in Chinese. This full-time role offers a friendly work environment with additional bonuses for performance. Working hours are from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write in Chinese to liaise with overseas counterparts.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Billing process, issuance of Delivery Order and Sales Invoices.
• Liaise with sales teams on order processing and delivery arrangement.
• Issue PO to vendor and follow up on scheduled delivery.
• Manual updates of stock balance in Excel.
• Prepare meeting minutes and disseminate to relevant parties.
• Attend to phone calls and email queries.

Alert and responsive to WhatsApp, WeChat, and email

Good interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Word
