Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day outlet pastry operations and ensure quality and speed of service.
• Care for and handle all pastry ingredients properly.
• Maintain high hygiene and sanitation at all times in the pastry section.
• Assist in menu planning and ingredient orders for pastry items.
• Maintain discipline and a professional attitude among associates.
• Oversee performance and development of pastry staff.
• Assist Pastry Chef with additional duties as required.
