Job summary

Communal Connections is seeking a Pastry Cook for a full-time position located islandwide. This well-loved local dining name focuses on quality, innovation, and teamwork, and aims to nurture young pastry talent in a supportive kitchen.

You will assist in preparing pastries, desserts, and baked items, follow recipes, contribute ideas to menus, and help with prep, inventory, and maintaining a clean, food-safe workstation. Weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a pastry intern or basic baking skills from culinary school.
• Solid foundation in dough-making, shaping, and dessert decoration.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen and still smile through it.
