Job summary

• Daily production of cakes/bread/hot food
• Maintain safety, health and hygiene standards
• Ensure workstations are clean and tidy for food preparation
• Clean and maintain equipment and tools
• Checks production schedule to determine variety and quantity of goods to bake
• Keeping records and relating to deliveries, inventory and production levels
• Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls
• Ensure stock rotation to minimize wastage
• Perform any other ad hoc duties when assigned
