TEMBUSU GARDENS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a creative Pastry Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. You will prepare, bake, and plate pastries, cakes, and breads with a focus on presentation and consistency.

You will assist in menu development, maintain HACCP standards, and train junior pastry staff while collaborating with the rest of the kitchen team to ensure excellent service.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a Pastry CDP or Demi CDP.
• Creativity and passion for desserts with focus on quality and presentation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, bake and plate pastries, cakes, desserts and breads to high standards.
• Ensure consistency and proper storage, rotation and labelling of ingredients.
• Assist in menu development, recipe testing and seasonal changes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the pastry section to HACCP standards.

We are looking for a creative and skilled Pastry Chef de Partie to join the culinary team at Tembusu.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, bake, and plate pastries, cakes, desserts, breads, and other baked items to high standards of quality and presentation.
• Ensure consistency across all pastry offerings and maintain proper storage, rotation, and labelling of ingredients.
• Assist in menu development, recipe testing, and seasonal changes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the pastry section in compliance with food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP).
• Support and train junior pastry team members.
• Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure smooth service operations
