Job summary

GTRSG PTE. LTD. is seeking a Passenger Service Associate at Singapore's Changi Airport to help create a smooth departure experience for travelers. You will join a dynamic team and support passengers with check-in, Self Service Kiosk use, and Auto Bag Drops.

The role involves coordinating with airline crews, guiding transit passengers, assisting those needing special help, and performing other duties as required by supervisors. Strong English and computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Check in passengers.
• Act as service ambassador to assist and guide passengers on Self Service Kiosk and Auto Bag Drops.
• Handle gate duties including communicating with airline crews and coordinating departure activities with various departments.
• Guide and escort transit passengers from arrival gate to Transfer Holding Area (vice versa).
• Assist passengers who require special assistance.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Checking in passengers
• Service ambassador to assist and guide passengers on the use of Self Service Kiosk and Auto Bag Drops
• Gate handling duties including communicating with airline crews and coordinating departure activities with various departments
• Guiding and escorting transit passengers from arrival gate to Transfer Holding Area (vice versa)
• Assisting passenger who require special assistance
• Any other Ad-hoc duties assigned by your supervisor

Requirement

• Able to perform rotating shift work including weekends and public holidays
• Customer Oriented and a good team player
• Comfortable with using computer
• Able to converse and write in English confidently
