Job summary

GMP Technologies is hiring a Passenger Service Associate at Changi Airport Terminals to be the face of our airport operations. You will assist passengers with check-in, use self-service kiosks, and support boarding at gates, delivering warm, professional service.

We offer night shifts from 11:00pm to 6:00am with complimentary company transport and a gross salary range of SGD 1,800 to 2,500 per month, plus productivity incentives and annual increments. Join Singapore's aviation industry today.

Qualifications

• Minimum NITEC or equivalent.
• Comfortable using computers and basic digital tools.
• Friendly, patient, and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with check-in and use of self-service kiosks & auto bag-drop machines.
• Guide and support passengers at boarding gates and transit areas.
• Coordinate departure activities with airline crew and relevant teams.
• Escort transit passengers between arrival and departure gates.
• Provide care and assistance to passengers with special needs.
• Deliver warm and professional customer service.

Salary & Benefits:
