Job summary

Porschify Pte Ltd in Singapore is hiring an Admin Assistant (Parts Distribution Specialist) to join the North Region administration team. No prior experience is required and fresh graduates are welcome.

On-the-job training will be provided to support long-term growth in the automotive parts distribution business. The role involves processing orders, coordinating with suppliers, handling quotations and invoices, updating inventory and customer records, and ensuring timely delivery with workshop

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma, Higher NITEC, NITEC, or equivalent qualification.
• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
• No prior experience is required as training will be provided.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Willing to learn and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Positive attitude with good communication skills.
• Passion or interest in the automotive industry is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with processing automotive parts orders accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding quotations, stock availability, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and other administrative documents.
• Update and maintain inventory, pricing, and customer records.
• Liaise with workshop staff to ensure parts are ordered and delivered on time.
• Track incoming and outgoing shipments and follow up on delivery status.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using internal systems.
• Provide general administrative support to the Parts Distribution team.
