Job summary

HomeTeamNS is seeking a proactive Partnership Developer to drive merchant acquisitions, expand loyalty benefits, and manage key sponsor relationships. You will coordinate with merchants, craft campaigns, and analyze campaign results to optimize member engagement and redemption trends.

The role requires 2+ years in partnerships or account management, with strong skills in CRM, Excel, and project management. Attention to detail and excellent communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality or related.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in partnership development or account management.
• Strong stakeholder coordination, communication, negotiation and vendor engagement skills.
• Experience with CRM systems or marketing automation tools.
• Creative thinker with project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail oriented.
• Experience in customer loyalty or membership programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Aggressive acquisition of new merchants for membership privileges.
• Identify short term ad hoc exclusive tie-ups and long term strategic collaborations with merchants.
• Source for merchant mix aligned to framework and department strategies.
• Maintain records of concession agreements and update co-partner databases.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote membership benefits.
• Develop collaterals and write-ups to publicize benefits across platforms.
• Source sponsorships to support engagement programs and events.
• Analyze member behavior and campaign performance to optimize initiatives.
• Monitor program metrics including growth, engagement and redemption rates.
• Manage relations with merchants and strategic partners; coordinate with affiliated organizations.
