Ten Lifestyle Group is seeking a Partnership Manager to grow and manage supplier relationships across the APAC region, with a focus on live events, restaurants, and luxury brands. You will drive revenue, delight members via positive NPS, and fulfil client-exclusive programs.

The role requires strong Mandarin and/or Cantonese, experience in procurement and negotiation, and a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, global setting. Hybrid work options exist.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin and/or Cantonese on a professional level.
• Experience in procuring and maintaining Live Entertainment relationships and partnerships.
• Ability to initiate and lead on new business initiatives and proposals.

Responsabilités

• Take full accountability for all partnerships and contracts within your market; develop best-in-market offers and inventory strategies.
• Support Lifestyle Managers in APAC to maintain relationships with partners for sustainable growth.
• Monitor partner performance to improve member satisfaction and NPS, driving efficiencies.
• Analyze redemption, data, and demand for live events to refine strategy by member group and region.
• Collaborate with Global Proposition Director, Content and Marketing to maximize event exposure to members.
• Stay ahead of competitors and best practices; drive continuous process improvements.
• Lead and support client and member relationships; contribute to new business proposals.
• Be a beacon of best practice in leadership, communicating effectively with teams.
