2A Entertainment PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Partnership Coordinator to support and manage luxury partnerships across hospitality, wellness and lifestyle sectors.

You will coordinate communications, onboarding, proposals and activation concepts while upholding premium brand standards. The role involves coordinating events, guest lists, assets and timelines, liaising with partners and internal teams, and supporting evening or weekend activations as required.

Qualificações

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, Communications, Events or related discipline.
• Experience in luxury brands, hospitality, retail, brand marketing or partner coordination.
• Strong understanding of premium brand standards and discerning consumer expectations.
• Confident written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, deliverables and timelines.
• Willingness to support selected evening or weekend activations when required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; presenting and tracking experience is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Support management of relationships with luxury, hospitality, wellness, travel and lifestyle partners.
• Coordinate partner communications, meetings, proposals, presentations and follow-up actions.
• Maintain records of partnership terms, benefits, deliverables, timelines and renewal dates.
• Track commitments from VANTA and partners to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate onboarding of new partners, including benefits, assets and procedures.
• Support preparation of partnership proposals, activation concepts and benefit structures.
• Coordinate operational requirements for partner-led experiences and events.
• Prepare event briefs, schedules, guest lists and function sheets.
• Liaise with partners, venues, suppliers and internal teams on setup and branding.
• Ensure activations reflect brand and member-experience standards.
