Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a proactive partner development professional to support digital readiness initiatives. You will identify and onboard partners, manage stakeholder relationships, and track progress via CRM systems and dashboards.

You will coordinate partnerships across teams to deliver collaborative projects. The role emphasizes relationship-building, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Public Policy or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in partnership development, stakeholder engagement and/or business development.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to pitch, onboard and cultivate relationships with external partners.
• Proficient in data analysis and visualisation, with the ability to collate and analyse data for progress tracking and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies and recommendations.
• Good project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and coordinate partnership collaborations from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Digital for Life Private Partnership Development & Management: Research prospective partners, pitch and onboard, cultivate existing partners for ongoing projects.
• Partnerships Data Management: Ensure Salesforce CRM usage and analyse data from Salesforce and Tableau for progress tracking and reporting.
• Digital Engagement & Adoption Business Partnering: Coordinate with the team on partnership matters and align strategies.
