Job summary

The People’s Association (PA) in Singapore is seeking a Relationship Manager to grow and deepen partnerships with community and corporate partners, aligning PA initiatives with government outreach goals.

You will coordinate feedback collection, manage stakeholder communications, and facilitate dialogues and events to support P-G and G-P outcomes. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills are essential, with 1+ year in partner engagement or related fields.

Qualifications

• Minimum - 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Desired - 2 years of relevant work experience or from related sector(s).
• Competency with computer software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with PA divisions to identify and engage opinion leaders for P-G-P platforms (dialogues, broadcasts).
• Align roles and communications with master relationship managers to ensure seamless coordination of P-G-P work.
• Engage partners and networks for weekly feedback on fears, concerns and aspirations; communicate Government-related matters and policies.
