We believe in the power of real human connection, amplified by technology but driven by people. As our Events Manager in Singapore, you will own end-to-end event management across virtual, hybrid and in-person experiences, work with internal teams to craft campaigns, measure impact, and scale

Qualifications

• Based in Singapore.
• Experience in community/event management and production.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent events with high attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving with real-time issue resolution.
• Excellence in cross-functional leadership and relationship building.
• Willingness to work outside standard hours.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Suite/Figma, Slack, Instagram, TikTok.

Responsibilities

• Handle post-event reporting, attendee follow-up, and metrics analysis.
• Coordinate events with internal staff, vendors, and partners.
• Support growth marketing with brand-consistent event campaigns.
• Identify opportunities to scale impact through process improvements.
• Research and implement emerging event tech and best practices.
• Provide product feedback to improve Key's platform experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end event management including virtual, hybrid, and in-person experiences - from venue selection and budget planning to day-of execution and post-event analysis
• Manage post-event processes including stakeholder reporting, attendee follow-up, and metrics analysis
• Coordinate events and collaborating with internal staff, space vendors and partners
• Growth marketing and partnering with Keys marketing team to create compelling event promotion campaigns and maintain brand consistency
• Proactively identify opportunities to scale event impact and reach through process improvements and innovation
• Research and implement emerging event technologies and industry best practices
• Provide direct product feedback to improve Key's platform experience
