Job summary

Innovasion is seeking an Events Experience Executive to support accounts and the project team in planning, managing and executing interactive activations. You will blend client servicing, project coordination and hands-on event execution to ensure every activation runs smoothly and impressively.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Events Management, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 1-2 years of events experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask under tight timelines.
• Willingness to work evenings/weekends depending on event schedules.
• Passion for events, creativity, and delivering memorable brand experiences.
• Digital Design knowledge is a plus but not a requirement.
• Technology know-how is also a plus but not a requirement.

Responsibilities

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Events Management, Communications, Business, or related field
• Strong work ethic and good learning attitude
• 1-2 years of events experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask under tight timelines
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability during live events
• Willingness to work evenings/weekends depending on event schedules
