Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Partner Technology Architect — Technology Partners to serve as the primary strategic and technical interface across our Technology Partner ecosystem, spanning ISVs, strategic partnerships, and hyperscalers. This role sits at the intersection of partner enablement, co-innovation, and pre-sales excellence.

You will guide ISVs, craft joint reference architectures with AWS/Google/MCP Azure, and enable GTM programs with cloud-native co-innovation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical sales, pre-sales, solution architecture, or technical consulting with enterprise software platforms.
• Proven experience across ISVs, strategic technology partnerships, and/or cloud infrastructure providers.
• Strong understanding of SaaS application architecture including multi-tenancy, API design, platform extensibility, and integration patterns.
• Experience designing and validating integration architectures between enterprise platforms (API, events, data sync).
• Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native ecosystems.
• Experience guiding partners through certification processes and marketplace models.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and embedding AI into solutions.
• Excellent communication with executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical advisory relationship across assigned technology partners from engagement to scaled commercialization.
• Guide ISV onboarding, architecture planning, and Store certification readiness.
• Co-create differentiated, validated solutions aligned to AI, verticals, and platform extensibility.
• Architect and validate joint integration patterns between ServiceNow and strategic partner platforms.
• Lead joint GTM motions with technical validation, collateral, and demonstrations.
• Enable joint GTM programs with AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure with reference architectures.
• Advise on AI separation strategies, data integration, and security for partnerships.
• Represent partner needs to product and engineering for roadmap alignment.
