Job summary

You will align deployment plans with project priorities, conduct regular field visits to assess service quality, manage client communications, analyze engagement data for improvements, and coordinate with Project Management and other teams during campaigns.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma/Degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations for assigned areas, ensuring SLA targets are met (engagements, service quality, reporting).
• Lead, coach, and performance manage a team.
• Ensure deployment plans align with project priorities and manpower availability.
• Conduct regular ground visits to assess service quality and operational compliance.
• Handle escalations, service recovery, and client/stakeholder communications.
• Analyse engagement data and recommend operational improvements.
• Coordinate with Project Management and other teams for cross-support during campaigns.
