Arta is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to design and build backend systems powering its B2B wealth platform. You will own services end-to-end, from API design to data models, working with AI coding agents to ship faster and operate at higher leverage.

You will partner with a client team, own integration from design to production, and serve as the technical contact for their engineering and product teams. This role emphasizes reliability, security, and thoughtful data engineering.

Qualifications

5+ years backend software development experience.
Strong proficiency in Python (or similar).
Deep understanding of distributed systems and APIs (REST/gRPC).

Responsabilités

Design, develop, and maintain backend services, APIs, and data pipelines for partner use cases.
Make architectural decisions on system design, data modeling, and infrastructure.
Write clean, well-tested, observable code and use AI coding agents to accelerate delivery.
Build and integrate LLM/agent-powered backend capabilities to unlock product value.
Collaborate with partner teams, document integration decisions, and ensure reliability and security.
