Job summary

The Singapore Mint is seeking a reliable Part-Time Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations by handling goods accurately and safely, including receiving, picking, packing and inventory tasks at our Singapore facility.

You will work Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:30pm, perform stock counts, prepare goods for delivery, update basic inventory records, and help maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in line with SOPs and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse/logistics experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tasks.
• Forklift license an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organise incoming goods.
• Pick and pack products according to orders.
• Prepare goods for delivery and fulfilment.
• Move stock within the warehouse safely.
• Label and store goods in designated locations.
• Assist with stock counts and inventory checks.

Job Summary

The Singapore Mint seeks a reliable Part-Time Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations by handling goods accurately and safely, including receiving, picking, packing, and inventory tasks.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organise incoming goods to ensure accuracy and proper storage
• Pick and pack products accurately according to order specifications for delivery and collection
• Prepare goods for delivery, collection, and fulfilment to meet operational schedules
• Load, unload, and move stock within the warehouse safely and efficiently
• Label, sort, and store goods in designated warehouse locations to maintain order
• Assist with stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory checks to support accurate records
• Report damaged goods, incorrect quantities, or stock discrepancies promptly to the supervisor
• Update basic inventory records and systems as required to maintain data accuracy
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment by following housekeeping standards
• Follow warehouse procedures, security protocols, and workplace safety practices consistently
• Support the warehouse team during peak periods and perform other assigned duties as needed

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, packing, fulfilment, or inventory handling is preferred but not essential
• Basic computer skills for simple inventory or administrative tasks are advantageous
• Forklift license or experience with warehouse equipment is an advantage but not required
