Job summary

ZY Future International Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support daily logistics operations at 9 Tuas West Street, Singapore.

You will receive and unload shipments, check goods against notes, sort, label and store items, pick, pack and prepare orders, conduct stock counts and update the warehouse system, while maintaining safety and cleanliness. On-site role with a 5.5-day week and opportunities to obtain forklift certification.

Qualifications

• Able to perform manual handling and loading/unloading duties safely.
• Forklift certification and a driving licence would be an advantage.
• Responsible, organised and attentive to detail.

• Receive and unload incoming shipments.
• Check goods against delivery notes and purchase orders.
• Sort, label and store products in designated locations.
• Pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Load and unload containers and delivery vehicles.
• Conduct stock counts and inventory checks.
• Update inventory records using the warehouse management system.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and follow safety procedures.
• Report damaged, missing or incorrect items to supervisors.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00am–6:00pm
• Saturday: 9:00am–1:00pm
• 5.5-day work week

Benefits:

• Annual leave starts at 14 days and increases with length of service, up to 18 days.
