Job summary

RecruitFirst is seeking a Part-Time Ticketing & Visitor Services Assistant for Gardens by the Bay in Singapore. The role covers information services, ticket checks, and sales to ensure a smooth visitor experience in both outdoor and indoor settings.

Work involves 8-hour shifts with varied hours, weekdays and weekends. A minimum commitment of 2 days per week, including weekends, is required, along with an interview and induction session.

Qualifications

• Able to commit to a minimum of 3 months, 8 shifts/month.
• Able to stand for long hours at outdoor and indoor environment.
• Able to attend the physical interview and induction session upon selection.
• Must adhere to strict grooming standards, including no coloured hair and no long nails.

Responsibilities

• Provide information and assistance to visitors.
• Perform ticket checking and admission control.
• Handle ticket sales using the ticketing system.
• Process cash, NETS, and credit card transactions, including end-of-shift cash settlement.
• Assist in crowd management and ensure a positive visitor experience.
• Support events and programmes held within the Gardens.
• Respond appropriately to accidents and emergency situations.
• Ensure visitor safety during attractions and rides.
• Carry out other operational duties as assigned.
