ACE CLUB TENNIS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a friendly Part-Time Retail and Customer Service Assistant to welcome students and parents, manage bookings, and keep daily operations running smoothly.

You will greet customers, assist with inquiries, process payments and enrollments, and help maintain a safe, welcoming learning environment for our youth programs. Flexible evenings and weekends required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or admin, preferably in sports, fitness, or tuition centers.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible for part-time hours, including weekday evenings and weekends.
• Diploma or higher education required.

Responsibilities

• Greet students and parents, respond to inquiries, and suggest suitable classes.
• Check-in students, manage scheduling issues, and issue class stickers.
• Process tuition, enrollments, and package renewals using our software.
• Keep up-to-date with class schedules, camps, promotions, and makeup policies.
• Set up court equipment and maintain a clean, safe training environment.
• Record attendance, manage waitlists, and assist with opening/closing procedures.
