Job summary

ACE CLUB TENNIS PTE.LTD is seeking a friendly Part-Time Retail and Customer Service Assistant to warmly welcome students and parents in our sports academy. You will help with lesson bookings and keep daily operations running smoothly.

You will greet customers, manage inquiries, process payments, and assist with schedules while maintaining a clean, safe training environment and providing excellent service to families and youth programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or admin (sports, fitness, or tuition center experience preferred).
• Strong communicator, organized, problem-solver, and family-friendly with a genuine passion for sports and youth programs.
• Availability: Flexible for part-time hours, including weekday evenings and weekends.
• Education: Diploma or higher.

Responsibilities

• Greet students and parents, answer WhatsApp inquiries, and recommend suitable classes.
• Check students in through the portal, give out stickers after class, and resolve any scheduling issues.
• Process tuition fees, enrollments, and package renewals accurately using our software.
• Stay up-to-date on class schedules, camps, promotions, and makeup policies.
• Set up court equipment (balls, cones) and help maintain a clean, safe training environment.
• Track attendance, manage waitlists, and assist with daily opening and closing procedures.
