Job summary

KING GROUPER FISH SOUP PTE. LTD. is seeking service-oriented staff to take orders, serve meals, and attend to guest needs in a busy outlet.

You will support daily operations with cashier duties and item replenishment while helping keep counters and dining areas clean and organized. The role requires good communication, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork to support fast-paced service.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide good customer service by taking orders and serving food and drinks.
• Support outlet operations by handling cashier duties and replenishing items.
• Clear and reset tables promptly for the next guests and maintain cleanliness of work areas.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards at all times.

• Provide good customer service by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and attending to customer needs professionally.
• Support smooth outlet operations by handling cashier duties, replenishing items, assisting with food preparation and following company SOP.
• Clear and reset tables promptly for the next guests.
• Maintain cleanliness of counters, service stations and common areas.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards at all times.
• Perform outlet opening and closing duties includes sweeping & mopping of floor.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Outlet In-Charge.

Job Requirements

• Prior F&B experience is an advantage.
• Valid Food Safety and Hygiene Certification preferred.
• Experience using a POS system.
• Able to work evening shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Physically fit and able to stand and move around for extended periods.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work well in a team and in a fast-paced environment.
