Job summary

Reddot Brewhouse Pte Ltd is seeking enthusiastic Part-time Service Crew members to join our Dempsey venue in Singapore. This role focuses on guest service, order accuracy, and delivering memorable experiences in a vibrant brewhouse setting.

You will start with flexible hours, receive on-the-job training, and join a supportive team. Prior hospitality experience helps, but strong customer service skills and a positive attitude are valued.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a waiting staff or hospitality role is preferred, though motivated candidates with strong customer service skills will be considered.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests.
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible approach to scheduling, particularly for part-time availability.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong numeracy skills for handling transactions and managing orders.
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and carry trays safely.
• Friendly, professional demeanor and genuine passion for customer service.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, or willingness to complete training.

Responsibilities

This is a part-time position that offers flexible working hours, perfect for those seeking to balance work with other commitments. As a Service Crew member, you will be at the forefront of our hospitality operations, delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests in a vibrant brewhouse environment.

What you'll be doing

1. Greeting and welcoming guests in a warm and professional manner upon arrival
2. Taking accurate food and beverage orders from customers and communicating them to the kitchen and bar teams
3. Serving food and drinks promptly and courteously to guests at their tables
4. Ensuring tables are properly set and cleared throughout service periods
5. Maintaining knowledge of menu items, specials, and beverage options to make informed recommendations
6. Handling cash and card transactions accurately and processing payments efficiently
7. Responding to guest requests and addressing any concerns or complaints with professionalism and tact
8. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in dining and service areas
