Job summary

Bites & Brews in Singapore is seeking a part-time service crew member to support weekend service. The role focuses on friendly guest service, order taking, food and beverage service, and maintaining a clean dining area.

You should have previous Western-restaurant service experience, be hands-on, reliable, and able to work under pressure during brunch and dinner shifts on Saturdays and Sundays, with additional weekday shifts possible.

Qualifications

• Previous service experience in a Western restaurant is required.
• Familiar with Western restaurant service standards and operations.

Bites&Brews is a casual dining restaurant in Joo Chiat serving Western comfort food with Asian twists. We are looking for an experienced and reliable part-time service crew member to support our team during busy weekends.

Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service
• Take orders and serve food and drinks
• Clear and reset tables
• Assist with basic beverage preparation when required
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area
• Support the team during busy brunch and dinner service
• Assist with opening and closing duties

Working Hours

• Mainly Saturday & Sunday
• Approximately 11:00am-10:00pm (with a break in the middle)
• Additional weekday shifts may be available

Requirements
