Job summary

WSH EXPERTS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a part-time School Support Assistant to help across departments, prepare learning materials, and support school-wide activities including PSLE admin duties and logistics.

You will conduct inventory checks in Gastro Lab, maintain cleanliness, and assist Teacher-Chefs and the Programme Co-ordinator. Strong communication and multitasking are essential to adapt to school operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist all departments, including MOE Kindergarten, to prepare materials and learning resources for lessons, programmes and activities.
• Support school-wide activities such as admin duties during PSLE, scheduling photos, collating data, distributing items to classes and K1 orientation.
• Assist department heads to conduct half-yearly inventory checks.
• Assist Teacher-Chefs and Programme Co-ordinator on Gastro activities and lessons.
• Conduct half-yearly inventory checks in Gastro Lab.
• Upkeep cleanliness and inventories in Gastro Lab.
• Fulfil other duties assigned by Admin Manager and School Leaders.
