Job summary

WSH Experts Pte Ltd is seeking a diligent Administrative Assistant to support school operations in Singapore. You will maintain and update data records, undertake stocktaking of teaching resources and classroom materials, and assist with the preparation of teaching resources for daily lessons.

You will aid Heads of Department with relief duties, serve as a safety chaperon during arrival and dismissal, supervise students on external Learning Journeys, and provide event support such as ushering

Qualifications

• Maintaining and updating data records including stocktaking of teachers' resources and inventory.
• Preparation of teaching resources to be used in classrooms.
• Assisting Heads of Department with relief duties matters as and when required.
• Providing safety supervision as a chaperon during daily arrival and dismissal of students; accompanying students on external Learning Journeys; supervising recess.
