Job summary

ACE ASCENTIA PTE. LTD. is seeking a part-time Recruitment support professional in Singapore. The role involves designing a recruitment strategy, posting jobs, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand requirements.

You will also maintain candidate databases, prepare reports, and participate in events to attract talent. The position offers a 2-day work week with a 10:00–18:00 schedule and SGD 15 per hour.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in any field.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Familiar with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy.
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs.
• Assist with preparing daily and/or monthly reports, if any.
• Prepare job descriptions, posting ads and manage the hiring process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and candidates to understand job requirements.
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
• Participate in recruitment events, job fairs and networking opportunities.
• Conduct interviews and shortlist candidates.
• Learn recruitment, coaching and team management aspects.
