Job summary

Premier Advisory - Andrew Ang is seeking a confident and organised Part-Time Recruitment Officer in Singapore to support our hiring activities. You will source candidates, coordinate interviews and recruitment events, and assist applicants throughout the hiring process.

The role offers flexible part-time hours, an hourly base pay with performance-based commission, and training from an experienced team. You should be based in Singapore with a local qualification; recruitment or admin experience

Qualifications

• Singaporean citizenship or PR and based in Singapore.
• Diploma, A-Levels, or recognised overseas degree.
• Strong communication with different people.
• Organised, proactive, and able to follow up independently.
• Recruitment, customer service, or administration experience is helpful but not required.

About you

• Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident currently based in Singapore
• Possess a local Diploma, GCE A-Levels, or a recognised overseas Degree
• Confident in communicating and interacting with different people
• Organised, responsible, and able to manage follow-ups independentlyPositive, proactive, and willing to learn
• Recruitment, customer service, or administrative experience is helpful but not required
