Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is hiring a Recruitment Consultant in Singapore to source, screen and match candidates for temporary, contract and permanent roles across client companies.

You will build strong client relationships, advertise vacancies, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews while delivering market insights on salary benchmarks. Working days are 5 days (8:00am – 6:00pm) at Shenton Way, with after probation hours 10:00am – 5:00pm subject to KPI performance; salary range

Qualifications

• CEI certification is preferred; candidates without CEI may apply.
• Relevant experience in recruitment, sales, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and match candidates to temporary, contract, and permanent job opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with client companies to understand hiring needs
• Advertise job vacancies through appropriate platforms and channels
• Search internal databases and external sources to identify suitable candidates
• Review applications, shortlist candidates, and arrange interviews
• Brief candidates on job scope, salary, and employment terms
• Prepare and edit candidate resumes for client submission
• Coordinate interview arrangements between clients and candidates
• Update candidates on interview outcomes
• Support salary discussions and offer coordination between clients and candidates
• Provide market information on salary benchmarks and job opportunities
• Follow up with clients on interview status and hiring progress
• Perform administrative duties related to recruitment activities
