Job summary

PROSKILL GLOBAL RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Recruiter to source, screen, and coordinate recruitment activities to match candidates with client manpower needs in Singapore.

You will manage documentation, communicate with clients and candidates, and support onboarding while ensuring MOM compliance. This role requires CEI Basic certification, experience in Singapore manpower recruitment, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Must have CEI (Basic) certification.
• Prior recruitment or employment agency experience preferred.
• Experience with Singapore manpower recruitment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify suitable candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels to meet client manpower needs.
• Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews to assess fit for roles.
• Analyze manpower requirements and recommend best-fit candidates.
• Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates for timely hiring decisions.
• Maintain candidate documentation and recruitment records for compliance and tracking.
• Assist with onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
• Maintain communication with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist with work pass and employment-related administrative tasks to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and post job advertisements to attract qualified candidates.
• Update and maintain the candidate database for easy access to talent information.
• Ensure all activities comply with company procedures and MOM regulations.
• Follow up with candidates and clients to support placements and meet targets.
• Work proactively to achieve recruitment and placement targets to contribute to business growth.
