Job summary

CA GROUP SOLUTIONS seeks a Part-time Recruitment Officer in Singapore to source and assess candidates for Wealth Manager and Financial Services Manager roles. You will conduct initial phone screenings, introduce suitable candidates, and help coordinate Zoom and in-person interviews while maintaining records.

The role is hybrid, with a minimum commitment of three days per week and a two-week probation. Training is provided, and attractive hourly pay with incentives is offered.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making phone calls to candidates.
• Positive, confident and self-motivated.
• Experience in recruitment, telesales or customer service is a plus.
• Training and guidance will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Source and contact potential candidates for Wealth Manager and Financial Services Manager roles.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and introduce suitable candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate Zoom and face-to-face interviews.
• Follow up with candidates and maintain recruitment records.
• Support the team with other recruitment and administrative duties.
