Private Advertiser is seeking a Part-Time Recruitment Officer in Singapore. No prior recruitment experience is required as training and guidance will be provided, making it ideal for students, fresh graduates, or individuals seeking flexible hours.

You will assist with candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and recruitment administration while gaining exposure to the financial services sector in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• No prior recruitment experience required – training will be provided.
• Good spoken and written English is essential.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and comfortable communicating with candidates.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to commit at least 2–3 days per week in the office is preferred.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify potential candidates through job portals and online platforms
• Contact candidates to introduce available job opportunities
• Conduct initial candidate screening and understand their job preferences
• Arrange and coordinate interviews with candidates
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment status
• Assist with posting and updating job advertisements
• Perform basic recruitment and administrative duties
• Support the recruitment team with other ad-hoc tasks when required
