Job summary

NOVELTY DEPT STORE PTE LTD is seeking a part-time HR professional to join our team in Singapore on-site. You will support the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, and employee relations.

Commitment: 3 days per week, 4 hours per day. Requirements include a Diploma in HR or equivalent, at least 3 years in HR operations, MOM/CPF/IRAS experience, strong English and MS Office skills, and discretion with confidential information.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of HR operations experience.
• Proficient with MOM, CPF & IRAS.
• Good organizational skills and meticulousness.
• Familiar with EPE software.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Written and spoken English fluent.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage full spectrum of HR functions.
• Assist in recruitment by pre-screening and onboarding; handle offboarding, employee relations, orientation and development, and compensation and benefits.
• Handle work pass applications, renewals and cancellations.
• Process monthly payroll, CPF submissions, IR21, IR8A, and levy waivers.
• Handle work injury claims and government paid leave claims.
• Maintain accurate employee data in EPE HR system and manage leave portal.
• Handle security bonds, PCP, dormitory arrangements, and pre-housing checks.
• Handle CRS and BCA license applications and renewals.
• Manage employees’ core training, multi-skill, and CSOC courses.
