• Submit relevant information to government bodies, e.g. CPF, MOM, etc.
• Handle tax submission / claim submission for childcare - on 1 March, if required (note: this falls in March, so it may or may not be needed within the contract period)
• Manage benefits and health insurance
• Handle some office / admin management
• Manage the end-to-end employee cycle, e.g. onboarding and offboarding
• Handle recruitment admin, e.g. advertising posts, arranging interviews, etc.
