Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is hiring for a short-term HR/payroll role in Singapore (AMK). The position is 3 days per week for 2-3 months, with a salary range of SGD 2,000–3,000 depending on hours worked.

You will manage full payroll, leave, taxes, and benefits using INFOTECH, and assist with onboarding, offboarding, and recruitment tasks. Requirements include a Diploma/degree in HR or related field and 2-3 years payroll experience, with proven INFOTECH proficiency.

Qualifications

Min. Diploma/ Degree in HR or any relevant field.
Min. 2-3 years relevant experience in HR payroll functions.
Experienced in using INFOTECH system.

Responsibilities

Full payroll cycle (using INFOTECH).
Leave management (using INFOTECH).
Submission of relevant information to government bodies e.g. CPF, MOM etc.
Tax submission / claim submission for childcare - on 1 March.
Benefits and health insurance management.
Some office / admin management.
End to end employee cycle e.g. on boarding, off boarding.
Recruitment admin e.g. advertise post, arrangement for interviews etc, etc
