Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is looking for an HR Executive to support a medical device multinational on a 3-month contract. You will manage payroll, leave, CPF/MOM submissions, and benefits administration in a fast-paced office setting.

The role covers end-to-end employee lifecycle from onboarding to off-boarding, with a focus on accuracy and compliance. Degree holders with at least 3 years' HR experience are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Min Degree in HR/Business or similar with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience handling payroll cycles and statutory submissions.
• Familiar with CPF and MOM processes.

Responsibilities

• Full payroll cycle (using INFOTECH).
• Leave management (using INFOTECH).
• Submission of CPF, MOM, etc to government bodies.
• Tax submission / childcare claims—on 1 March (may be needed).
• Benefits and health insurance management.
• Some office / admin management.
• End to end employee lifecycle: onboarding to offboarding.
