Responsibilities include maintaining records, processing payroll data in Infotech HRMS, handling leave and attendance, coordinating training and events, and assisting the HR Manager with ad-hoc tasks.
Join an established manufacturing company in Tuas South as a Part-Time HR Assistant, supporting day-to-day HR administration, payroll, work pass matters and employee engagement activities. This role is suitable for candidates with relevant HR experience who are comfortable working on a scheduled part-time basis.
Salary: $14/hour
Working Days: Monday to Friday, 3 days per week
Working Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Contract Duration: 1-year contract
Company Transport: Pick-up available at Choa Chu Kang (CCK) and Lakeside

Start Date: Immediate / ASAP
Support HR operations and administration, including maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
Assist with work pass applications, renewals and cancellations in accordance with MOM requirements.
Support payroll processing, including data entry, verification and reporting using HRMS.
Maintain accurate records for leave, attendance and employee information using the HR system.
Assist with employee training coordination, including course sourcing, scheduling and administrative arrangements.
Support HR-related activities such as employee engagement, meetings, Coffee Talks and company events.
Handle general office administration, including ordering stationery, pantry supplies and office items.
Assist the HR Manager with other HR projects and ad-hoc administrative duties.
Prior experience in HR support, HR administration or payroll administration.
Familiarity with Infotech HRMS, including payroll and leave functions, is preferred.
Good knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations.
Experience supporting work pass applications and related processes.
Familiarity with payroll processing and HR documentation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
Strong administrative, organisational and coordination skills.
Able to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
Able to commit to 3 days per week, with workdays scheduled by the Manager.
