LE FONG Building Services Pte. Ltd. is seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to manage Meta and Google Ads campaigns, optimize spend and scale ecommerce growth.

You will plan, launch, and monitor campaigns, test ad creatives, analyse ROAS and CPA, and collaborate with product and services teams to improve conversions. This role offers a fast-paced environment, competitive salary, and opportunities to drive growth across our online channels.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce performance marketing.
• Ability to analyse ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, and conversions.
• Experience with Shopify and Google Analytics is a bonus.
• Creative mindset with strong testing ability.
• Self-driven and performance-oriented.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimise Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
• Scale profitable campaigns and improve ROAS
• Monitor daily ad performance and budgets
• Perform audience testing, creative testing, and funnel optimisation
• Analyse campaign data and generate actionable insights
• Work closely with product and services teams on ad angles
• Improve conversion rates and reduce customer acquisition cost
• Retarget website visitors and leads effectively
