Job summary

Kiztopia Services Pte Ltd is hiring Part-Time Event Crew for roadshows at our Singapore venues (Tiong Bahru, Parkway Parade & Nex). You will be engaging families, promoting attractions and driving admission sales during the November 9, 2026 to December 27, 2026 period.

Responsibilities include managing play stations, ensuring safety, handling ticket redemption, crowd management, and maintaining cleanliness while delivering a lively customer experience during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, energetic and sales-driven; able to approach shoppers and promote admission tickets.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; friendly and customer-oriented attitude.
• Able to work on weekends, public holidays and during peak operating periods.

Responsibilities

• Drive admission sales by promoting our attractions and converting enquiries into ticket purchases to meet daily targets.
• Actively engage families and children, create an exciting atmosphere, and encourage participation in our attractions.
• Supervise play stations/inflatables, ensure guests follow safety guidelines and enjoy a safe experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of all play stations and surrounding areas during operating hours.
• Assist with daily setup, ticket redemption, crowd management, and opening/closing procedures.

Required Period: 9 November 2026 - 27 December 2026
Position: Part-Time Event Crew ( Hourly rated)

Responsibilities

• 1. Drive Admission Sales Promote our attractions and convert enquiries into admission ticket purchases to achieve daily sales targets.
• 2. Customer Engagement Actively engage families and children, create an exciting atmosphere and encourage participation in our attractions.
• 3. Roadshow Operations & Safety Supervise play stations, including inflatables, to ensure guests follow safety guidelines and enjoy a safe and positive play experience and queue management
• 4. Cleanliness & Maintenance Maintain the cleanliness, hygiene and tidiness of all play stations, inflatables and surrounding areas throughout operating hours.
• 5. Daily Setup Assist with ticket redemption, crowd management, event setup, opening and closing procedures, and other operational duties as assigned.
