Job summary

TwoTowns is a Singapore-based embroidery brand seeking an entry-level, part-time on-site assistant to manage day-to-day custom orders. Full training will be provided and no embroidery or design experience is required.

You’ll prepare simple embroidery files, send design previews, reply to customers, update orders, and help keep workflows organized. Basic familiarity with computer software and eagerness to learn are important.

Qualifications

• No embroidery or graphic design experience required.
• You should be organised and detail-oriented.
• Good computer skills and ability to learn new software.
• Clear and professional communication with customers.
• Responsible and able to follow through on tasks.
• Ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Prepare simple embroidery files using our embroidery software; training provided.
• Prepare and send design previews to customers using Adobe Illustrator.
• Make simple adjustments to customer designs when needed.
• Reply to customer inquiries via email and social media.
• Update order statuses and organise approved orders into production queues.
• Coordinate with the illustrator for design changes.
• Keep order, illustration and embroidery workflows organised.
• Assist with inventory checks and general operations.
