Job summary

InternSG in Singapore is seeking a part-time Operations Associate to support daily ecommerce order processing, warehouse management, and cross-department coordination from our Yishun location.

The role requires bilingual Chinese-English communication, basic MS Office skills, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude. Working hours are 8:30 AM–6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, with preference for afternoon shifts and Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Good Chinese and English communication; Chinese system usage required.
• Basic MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PPT).
• Strong learning ability and teamwork; positive attitude; capable of completing tasks on time.

Responsibilities

• Arrange daily ecommerce orders (packing, shipping, storage clearance).
• Manage warehouse products and organization.
• Handle overseas shipment arrival clearance and coordination.
• Assist operation manager with inter-department communications and material production liaison.
• Perform admin tasks (document organization, parcel handling).
• Other tasks as assigned by the manager.
