Job summary

Le Petit Society in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Operations Executive to support our e-commerce operations and ensure timely delivery of orders. You will perform stock counts, assist with picking, packing and shipping, and coordinate weekly restocks for stores and online channels while maintaining accurate stock records.

The role requires strong organizational skills, ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment, and good teamwork and communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management and e-commerce operations preferred.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented mindset with focus on accuracy and quality control.
• Effective communication and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Physical stock count in warehouse for stocktake.
• Assist with e-commerce order fulfilment: picking, packing and shipping.
• Prepare weekly restocks for physical stores and online channels; update stock numbers.
• Stock count for new arrivals; split stocks for stores and online; update platform accordingly.
• Upkeep of the warehouse and proper stock storage.
