Job summary

Le Petit Society in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Operations Executive to support our e-commerce operations and ensure timely delivery of orders. You will perform stock counts, assist with picking, packing and shipping, and coordinate weekly restocks for stores and online channels while maintaining accurate stock records.

The role requires strong organizational skills, ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment, and good teamwork and communication.

Responsibilities

• Physical stock count in warehouse for stocktake.
• Assist with e-commerce order fulfilment: picking, packing and shipping.

• Stock count for new arrivals; split stocks for stores and online; update platform accordingly.
• Upkeep of the warehouse and proper stock storage.

Le Petit Society is a renowned baby and kids clothing brand dedicated to delivering high-quality, sustainable products designed with children and families in mind. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Operations Executive to join our team and ensure the smooth execution of our e-commerce operations and timely delivery of orders to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Physical stock count in warehouse for annual stocktake
• Assist with the e-commerce order fulfilment, from picking and packing to shipping out orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every stage.
• Prepare weekly re-stocks to our physical stores and other distribution channels, as well as update stock numbers in our e-commerce platform to ensure they are accurately reflected online
• Stock count for new arrivals, split stocks for our physical stores and online channels, and update stock numbers in the platform accordingly
• Upkeep of the warehouse, such as ensuring physical stocks are properly kept in a tidy manner

Requirements:

• Experience in inventory management and e-commerce operations, preferably in the retail or fashion industry, is preferred
• Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality control
• Effective communication skills, and able to work well in a team
