Job summary

PERSOL in Singapore is seeking a Permanent Part-Time Retail Associate to engage customers, maintain stockroom organization, and support store sales targets with strong selling skills.

You will handle front-of-house and back-of-house tasks, ensure inventory accuracy, replenish merchandise, and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced fashion retail environment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Willing to commit at least 4 days per week (2 weekends + 2 weekdays).

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand and uphold service standards.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and recommendations.
• Maintain an organized, compliant stockroom.
• Handle stock receiving, unpacking, tagging, and updates.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with cycle counts and variances.
• Replenish merchandise to ensure product availability.
• Support stock transfers, returns, consolidations and deliveries.
• Adhere to loss prevention policies and safety standards.
• Follow stock handling procedures and best practices.
• Deliver excellent customer service with a positive presence on the sales floor.
