Job summary

LOTTE Travel Retail Singapore is seeking a proactive warehouse/stock handler to support stock movements across stores and terminals at Changi Airport.

You will receive, label, pick, pack and transfer stock, conduct regular inventory checks, replenish visuals, assist online orders, and ensure safe, tidy work areas. Shift work including weekends/public holidays is required; joining bonus applies.

Qualifications

• Stock handling and inventory management.
• Ability to work across stores and airport terminals.
• Familiarity with safety and compliance.
• Experience with returns/replacements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, label, pick, pack and transfer stock across stores and terminals.
• Conduct stock checks and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Replenish store displays and support online orders (IShop Changi).
• Inspect items for defects and process returns or replacements.
• Deliver duty-free items to departure gates before flight closure times.
• Keep storerooms and work areas clean, organized and safe.

Job description

• Receive incoming deliveries, label, pick, pack, and transfer stock across stores and terminals.
• Conduct stock checks, ensure inventory accuracy, and complete all related documentation correctly.
• Replenish store displays, maintain visual merchandising standards, and support online order fulfilment (e.g. IShop Changi).
• Inspect items for defects and follow procedures for returns or replacements.
• Deliver duty-free items to departure gates before flight closure times.
• Keep storeroom and work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
• Support various ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors or retail managers.

• Minimum education qualification: GCE 'N' or 'O' Level.
• The ability to work rotating shifts duties in Changi Airport environment
• Must be able to commit 5 days a week including weekend & Public Holidays
• Physically fit and strong to handle movements of heavy loads and carton boxes
• Organised and self-motivated
• Able to thrive under pressure
• Customs compliance and regulations knowledge for Liquor & Tobacco will be an advantage.
