Job summary

You will conduct outreach to seniors, support activities and outings, manage referrals, and help with volunteer coordination and day-to-day centre operations. Min A Level/ Diploma in a relevant field is preferred and prior front-facing eldercare or social services experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Min A Level/ Diploma in any discipline, preferably in Gerontology, Social / Healthcare Services, Community Development, Psychology, Social Work, Counselling.

Responsibilities

• Outreach and Engagement: Conduct regular outreach to seniors in identified residential address to promote and advertise activities.
• Befriending and Buddying: Review and carry out regular home visits for socially isolated seniors and manage referral system.
