Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma with 1-2 years experience in an Eldercare setting/Community Care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous and observant.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular outreach to the seniors in the identified blocks.
• Assist in community assets mapping i.e. blocks, services mapping.
• Assist in outreach events i.e. door-knocking, needs assessment, info-sharing session.
• Performing befriending duties.
• Conduct Home Visits, Track status of seniors, Conducting activities with clients.
• Recruitment of befriending volunteers.
• Training of befriending volunteers.
• Mentor senior volunteers to spot early signs of neglect, loneliness, or depression.
• Any other responsibilities as assigned by the Centre Manager.
